Who owns the IP?

You do. Everything created under an AWRTD engagement — code, designs, documentation, models — is assigned to you under the contract. Aliera retains only its pre-existing tools and background IP, licensed for your use where the work depends on them.

How do time zones work?

Your team works your hours. That's the point of the Client Embassy™ model — your working day, your stand-ups, your response expectations. Overlap isn't negotiated per engagement; it's the default.

How is our data handled?

Under a UK contract and UK GDPR. Your named team works under NDA by default, access is limited to the people on your engagement, and where the work is sensitive we operate entirely inside your environment — your machines, your repositories, your controls.

What if someone isn't working out?

Tell us once. Aliera manages performance behind the scenes and replaces or reinforces roles without renegotiating the contract — team continuity is our responsibility, not your management overhead.

What's the minimum engagement?

Engagements typically start with a single architect for three months — long enough to deliver something real, short enough to prove the model before you scale it.

How do we exit?

On the notice period set in your contract — typically 30 days — with a structured handover. Documentation, credentials, and knowledge transfer are contractual deliverables, not favours on the way out.
